1. Order Processing & Production Time

Each item in our catalog is custom printed on-demand with high-definition equipment to ensure premium print durability and fabric feel:

  • Fulfillment & Handling: 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We partner with reliable carriers including USPS (United States Postal Service) and DHL Express to ensure prompt and secure delivery.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your official tracking number as soon as your order has been packaged and handed over to the courier. Please allow 24 – 48 hours for carrier scan updates to appear on the official tracking portal.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Sixnineshirt is not responsible for any customs tariffs, import taxes, or inspection charges applied to international parcels. Any duty fees imposed during or after shipping remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking indicates delivery but you have not received it, please contact our support team within 7 business days of the reported delivery date. Please keep all original packaging and photos of damage to facilitate a swift replacement or insurance claim.
